Avdelning: Konsult- och interimsuppdrag

Sharp Recruitment & Consultants are supporting an international organization with an immediate need for a Data Privacy & AI interim consultant. The assignment is focused solely on data privacy and AI and is expected to run for a minimum of three months, with potential for extension.

The consultant will support the organization with both day-to-day privacy operations and AI-related data privacy matters.

Scope of the assignment

The consultant will support with:

  • Day-to-day data privacy processes, including ROPA and wider processing inventories
  • Backlog work related to maintaining and updating ROPA records
  • Improvement of current processes, with a focus on simplification and user readiness
  • DPIAs and AI-related privacy assessments
  • Review and support of AI-related contracts
  • Assessment of legal basis for AI processing
  • Vendor and international transfer assessments, including due diligence/TPRM, TIAs, SCCs and transfer mechanisms
  • Incident and request handling, including DSARs, complaints and data breaches
  • Documentation, reporting and remediation tracking
  • Documentation in OneTrust or similar privacy tools
  • Collaboration with local privacy teams and stakeholders outside the legal department

Requirements

  • Legal, tech or similar background
  • Strong data privacy experience, approximately 5+ years
  • AI expertise
  • Experience with OneTrust
  • Experience from multinational organizations
  • Fluent English
  • French is a significant advantage; additional languages are a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Confidence in collaborating with Group DPO and across the business
  • Used to interim assignments

  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: minimum 3 months, with potential extension
  • Scope: 3-4 days/week
  • Location: fully remote
  • No travel required
  • The assignment needs to cover the summer period
  • Focus is on hands-on delivery
