How our recruitment process works

We meet with you to conduct a needs analysis. We discuss the requirements profile in detail, to understand both the skills you are looking for and the type of personality that would fit in your organization.
We develop a requirements profile and recruitment ad for the position in question, tailored to attract the right candidates.

We produce a long list of potential candidates that we calibrate together with you. Here we go through each candidate and adjust the search if necessary.

We actively seek out candidates and contact them for a first introduction. We present the position, discuss their interest and assess their relevance to the role.

We conduct in-depth interviews with selected candidates, focusing on skills, motivation and personality. Here we often act as career coaches and help candidates understand their long-term goals.

All interviewed candidates undergo personality tests and logical analysis tests. We analyze the results and see how they match the requirements profile.

We present relevant candidates to you on an ongoing basis. Each presentation includes detailed information about the candidate’s experience, strengths and development potential.

We take accurate references and carry out background checks where necessary to ensure you get as complete a picture of the candidate as possible.

We follow up on completed recruitment with both client and candidate at month 1, 3, 6 and 12 to ensure a successful match.
