Vår rekryteringsprocess är inte den klassiska modellen där man trycker på en knapp och får fram en hög med CV:n som uppfyller skallkraven. Vi arbetar dagligen nära våra kontakter, förstår deras drivkrafter och diskuterar karriärmöjligheter på detaljnivå.

Så funkar vår rekryteringsprocess

1. Uppstartsmöte

Vi träffar er för att göra en behovsanalys. Vi diskuterar kravprofilen på detaljnivå, för att förstå både vilken kompetens ni söker och vilken typ av personlighet som skulle passa i er organisation.

Vi tar fram en kravprofil och rekryteringsannons för den aktuella tjänsten, anpassad för att locka rätt kandidater.

Vi tar fram en långlista av potentiella kandidater som vi kalibrerar tillsammans med er. Här går vi igenom varje kandidat och justerar sökningen vid behov.

Vi söker aktivt upp kandidater och kontaktar dem för en första introduktion. Vi presenterar tjänsten, diskuterar deras intresse och bedömer deras relevans för rollen.

Vi genomför djupintervjuer med utvalda kandidater där vi fokuserar på kompetens, motivation och personlighet. Här agerar vi ofta som karriärcoacher och hjälper kandidater förstå sina långsiktiga mål.

Alla intervjuade kandidater genomgår personlighetstester och logiskt analytiska tester. Vi analyserar resultaten och ser hur de matchar kravprofilen.

Vi presenterar relevanta kandidater löpande för er. Varje presentation innehåller detaljerad information om kandidatens erfarenhet, styrkor och utvecklingspotential.

Vi tar noggranna referenser och genomför bakgrundskontroller vid behov för att säkerställa att ni får en så komplett bild av kandidaten som möjligt.

Vi följer upp avslutad rekrytering med både kund och kandidat vid månad 1, 3, 6 och 12 för att säkerställa en lyckad matchning.
