Being a recruitment specialist within specific areas means that we can keep a close eye on the industry’s most talented individuals. We know who is longing for a new challenge and who, for now, absolutely does not want to move.We know who has hit the glass ceiling or whose skills are not being fully utilised. Or to be crass: who is fed up with their current boss and would flourish in a different context.
This makes our recruitment process look a little different. We don’t just press the button and retrieve the CVs of 25 individuals who meet the basic requirements. We work closely with our contacts on a daily basis, understand their motivations, know what appeals to them and discuss a new job at a detailed level as specialists do. We know how to package an offer so that we hit just the right spot, both for the candidate and for the customer. We often act as a career coach for our candidates, as well as a talent management coach for our clients.
